Today, David Beckham is celebrating his 50th birthday, and Kyle Walker has wished his fellow Englishman a happy birthday from everyone at AC Milan.

There are few players who reached the level of Beckham on a football pitch, the Englishman oozed class, which also remained true away from the grass, and showed his best for Milan even at the tail end of his career.

So, when Walker moved to the Rossoneri, he was quick to admit that he had spoken to the legend of the game, especially with him asking to wear the same number that Becks did during his time in Milano.

As expected, the midfielder was classy with his reply, offering his fellow nationman some advice on the club and endorsing his number choice.

Walker again expressed his appreciation for Beckham and his role within the game when speaking on the Milan social channels, which is no surprise given the two’s recent contact.
