VfL Wolfsburg goalkeeper Marius Müller joins Aberdeen | OneFootball

Marius Müller has left VfL Wolfsburg to join Aberdeen, making the first overseas move of his career. The club confirmed the departure this afternoon.

The 33-year-old has said farewell to team-mates and is heading to Scotland to play for The Dons in the Scottish Premiership.

A 1.FC Kaiserslautern academy product, he arrived at Wolfsburg from FC Schalke 04 in the summer of 2024.

Used as understudy to Kamil Grabara, he made eight competitive appearances across two seasons with Wolfsburg.

Following open talks about his current sporting prospects, both parties agreed the switch is the right step, and he leaves with thanks and best wishes for the future.
