Levante UD’s capital increase has attracted a major commitment from businessman Vicente Boluda, whose purchase accounts for more than half of the sum subscribed so far.
El Confidencial reported that Boluda has acquired 4,130 shares for 248,212 euros. Launched on four March with a maximum target near 8.2 million euros and open until two April, the offer has seen 6,372 new shares subscribed, roughly 383,000 euros.
The move places him among the most significant participants in the process.
Beyond that headline deal, other subscriptions have come in far smaller packets, with notable entries of 59, 39 and 30 shares.
This capital increase is reserved for existing shareholders, including season-ticket holders or fans already holding titles, who may buy one new share for each they own at 60.10 euros.
The club views it as a strategic step to reinforce financial stability and consolidate its medium-term sporting project. With days still to run before the two April deadline, contributions from figures like Boluda could set the final pace of a decisive process for Levante.
