Nigerian forward Victor Boniface's expected to make his first appearance for Werder Bremen when they face Borussia Monchengladbach at Borussia Park on Sunday.

Kick off's at 3:30 pm GMT.

The 24 year old joined Bremen on loan from Bayer Leverkusen on transfer deadline day after his proposed move to AC Milan collapsed. He was unveiled last week following successful medical.

Coach Impressed by Early Impact

Bremen boss Horst Steffen praised Boniface’s quality & quick adaptation:

The coach hinted that Boniface could feature alongside Romano Schmid & Samuel Mbangula as Bremen look to recover from last weekend’s 1 - 4 defeat to Eintracht Frankfurt.
