Despite all signs pointing towards Fenerbahce for Jadon Sancho, he is still being pursued until the final moment of his potential departure.
Indeed, the Manchester United outcast is said to be ‘seriously considering’ a proposal made by Fenerbahce this week, as it’s the highest offer he has received thus far.
Sancho has already made it clear that he will prioritise his wage demands being met over other areas, such as the minutes he’ll be granted or the project he’s joining.

He held talks with Chelsea chiefs when the season ended to discuss the prospect of him staying at the club long-term. However, when an agreement could not be reached over his salary, they paid a £5 million penalty to bypass the £25m buy obligation in his loan and send him back to Old Trafford.
From there, Sancho garnered interest from newly-crowned Serie A champions Napoli, which would allow the struggling forward to ply his trade in a new environment and a flourishing setup. Yet, his wage expectations were so costly that Sporting Director Giovanni Manna spoke out to make it clear they would not be pursuing him on such terms.
That subsequently paved the way for Fenerbahce — who finished in second place behind arch-rivals Galatasaray in the Super Lig last term — to ignite their pursuit.
Another of Sancho’s suitors, Juventus, are reluctant to give up just yet, though.
Reputable Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio revealed last night that the Old Lady will make ‘new contacts’ and hold a ‘video call’ with United on Wednesday to ‘try to understand the feasibility’ of whether a deal can come to fruition.
Until the contents of such a meeting are made public knowledge, you’d imagine Sancho, 25, is Istanbul-bound.
