Inter star Marcus Thuram mocked city rivals Milan with two banners during the Nerazzurri’s title parade, including one depicting a rat in red and black.
Inter celebrated the Scudetto and the Coppa Italia with their fans on Sunday, after the last home game of the season against Verona.
The Nerazzurri players and staff members took on a long open-top bus parade that started at San Siro and finished late at night in the central Piazza Duomo.
French striker Thuram caught attention during the parade as he held two banners insulting city rivals Milan.

One depicted a rat with black and red colours, while the other read: ‘Put the Derbies won up your a**.’
This second one was a reference to the banners the Rossoneri held in the past.
First, in 2007, when Massimo Ambrosini exposed a similar banner while celebrating Milan’s Champions League victory, telling their city rivals to put the Scudetto, which they had won that same season, in the same place, and the same did Mike Maignan in 2022, when the Rossoneri won the Scudetto while Inter were the Coppa Italia winners.

Thuram is expected to be fined, just as it happened to Milan stars in the past.
