Vítor Pereira could face FC Porto in Europa League | OneFootball

According to O Jogo, a reunion between Vítor Pereira and FC Porto could materialise in the Europa League after the knockout draw mapped a potential last-eight tie.

Porto meet Stuttgart in the last 16, while Nottingham Forest, coached by the Portuguese, play Midtjylland, with first and second legs on 12 and 19 March. Pereira has previously worked at FC Porto.

The winners of those ties are paired in the quarter-finals, scheduled for 9 and 16 April.

Whoever comes through would then face the victors of Bologna or Roma against Lille or Aston Villa in the semi-finals on 30 April and 7 May.

The final is set for 20 May at Besiktas Stadium in Istanbul, Türkiye.
