Vivian has sustained a lumbar transverse process fracture, classified as type A0, a mild grade. She is resting under Santos’ medical supervision, doing physiotherapy and targeted strengthening after being hurt in the goalless draw with Palmeiras at Vila Belmiro on Thursday 14 in the Paulistão F second round.
According to Diario Do Peixe, the midfielder saw a spine specialist on Monday 18 who confirmed the diagnosis. No return date has been given, and she is expected to be sidelined for at least three weeks.
Vivian started that match but was withdrawn at half-time. Coach Marcelo Frigerio also has other absentees, with Rafa Andrade continuing physiotherapy following a thigh muscle injury.
Yoreli Rincón is in the transition phase with the fitness staff after plantar fasciitis and is closer to returning. Thaisinha, after arthroscopy, and Ana Barboza, after an ACL injury, have been cleared by the medical department and are training with the squad while building strength as part of a broader technical and physical recovery.
Goalkeeper Michelle Stildes is recovering from an ankle sprain but remains out of the plans. The Sereias face two clássicos next, Corinthians on Thursday 21 at 19:15 at Parque São Jorge in the Paulistão, then São Paulo on Monday 25 at 17:30 in Cotia in the Brasileiro.
