W Champions Cup Path to the Semifinals: Washington Spirit | OneFootball

MIAMI – The 2025/26 Concacaf W Champions Cup Group Stage saw Washington Spirit top Group B with a 3-1-0 record to become one of the four sides to qualify to the Semifinals.

Washington Spirit kicked off its tournament debut with a 7-nil win at Alianza Women FC. Rosemonde Kouassi was the first player to score for the Spirit, starting her tally with a hat-trick.

The NWSL side then earned a 4-nil home win against Vancouver Rise FC Academy, with Trinity Rodman scoring her first goal in the W Champions Cup.

Against fellow U.S. side, Gotham FC, the Spirit drew nil-nil as goalkeeper Sandy MacIver recorded her third clean sheet.

The Spirit closed the Group Stage with a 4-nil victory over Liga MX Femenil side CF Monterrey Femenil, as Kouassi added another goal to her total to move into second place in the Golden Boot race.
