On-loan Barcelona star Ansu Fati kept alive a fine recent stretch of individual form by way of an important brace over the weekend.

This came during AS Monaco’s Ligue 1 meeting with OGC Nice.

Wide-man Ansu has spent recent weeks establishing himself as an important figure in the XI of Monaco boss Adi Hütter.

After a difficult start to life in France following his summer arrival from Barcelona, the 22-year-old has since exploded into life.

Heading into the latest round of Ligue 1 fixtures, Ansu had found the net four times in his prior four appearances in all competitions.

And as alluded to above, such production only continued on Sunday.

With his teammates trailing by two goals to nil in a meeting with Nice, Ansu netted two penalties, to secure a share of the spoils for Monaco.
