West Brom ‘to consider’ Paul McShane for coaching role, Villa handed Moussa boost | OneFootball

West Brom are reportedly interested in bringing former defender Paul McShane into their coaching set-up.

Maghreb Football reports that the agent of Aston Villa target Anis Hadj Moussa has indicated the player is aiming for a Premier League switch this summer.

McShane scored three goals in 42 appearances for the Baggies in 2006-07. His most recent role was as Lee Grant’s assistant at League One Huddersfield Town last season.

He is also said to have attracted interest from Lincoln City and Stockport County.

The 24-year-old Moussa scored 14 goals and provided seven assists across all competitions for Feyenoord. He also featured at the 2026 World Cup with Algeria.

Newcastle United are also keen, although reports suggest he favours a move to Villa Park.
