The midfielder was a gem for the Baggies at the start of the campaign.
The start of the Championship season promised so much for West Brom with Ryan Mason in charge, some solid summer additions and an encouraging run of form.
Within that excellent run under Mason, there were some standout performances from particular individuals at The Hawthorns, and it seemed that the club had a very bright future ahead of them.
Clearly, consistency has been an issue for some of the Baggies' stars, but then again, it has been a turbulent season on and off the pitch, so they could be forgiven if they have not reached their full potential.
With the summer fast approaching, West Brom have some key decisions to make on some of their talent, and one player's future may well come into focus should there be interest.

Isaac Price burst out of the blocks this season, scoring three goals and providing one assist in his opening three matches against Blackburn Rovers, Wrexham and Portsmouth.
Many predicted that the 22-year-old would go on to have the campaign of his life in the Black Country, and while it has been an encouraging one for the midfielder, it has not reached the highs that many predicted.
Nevertheless, there may be interest in his services this summer, and when asked whether Price would remain at The Hawthorns, now that they are officially safe from relegation, FLW's West Brom fan pundit, Callum Burgess, shared his thoughts.
"I thought this would be the season where Price kicks on and then gets a big move at the end of it," he told Football League World.
"But I think the way that the season's progressed, it probably will be in his best interest to stay for another season.
"I think the role that Morrison had on the left side of a 4-4-2, where he's drifting inside a lot, it really suited him.
"In the final 10 games where we've been unbeaten, he's really shown up again, and I think that next season could be a big year for him.
"I don't think unless someone pays an extortionate fee over £10 million for him that we'll see him go, and I think that it will definitely be a season where we can get the best out of Price, hopefully on a more consistent basis."

Having started the season superbly, Price's form dipped somewhat in the middle of the campaign, but in recent weeks he has shown signs that he is back to his best.
The arrival of Morrison has indeed strengthened his performances, and if West Brom do decide to keep the caretaker boss at the helm for the foreseeable future, then he could continue to get the best out of the midfielder.
Price's underlying statistics make him one of the standout attacking-midfielders in the Championship this term, and given his tender years, there is genuine belief that he will only improve.
No player in his position has completed more successful passes or accurate long balls than the former Everton man, while he ranks in the top 2% of players for touches and chances created, according to Fotmob.
Defensively, he has also been superb, ranking in the top 5% of players in his position for tackles, clearances and blocked shots, emphasising his overall value to the team.
While there has been no reported interest in the 22-year-old, what would be best for his development should it arise?

Realistically, Price is unlikely to garner a Premier League move unless one of the promoted sides decides to take a punt on him this summer.
While that might be tempting to Price or any player in his position, such a move could hamper his development rather than help him, as first-team appearances may not be a guarantee.
Of course, any of the relegated contingent from the top tier may also decide to look at the former Standard Liege man as an option, but staying at the Hawthorns would surely be his best bet.
Price needs to prove consistency over the course of the season, and while his eight goals and promising statistics suggest that he may well be one of the standout stars next term, he needs to prove this.
There is no doubt that if a bid of £10 million came in for the midfielder, then it may be too much to turn down for the Black Country Club, as it would be a substantial fee for a player of his calibre in the Championship.
However, with West Brom looking to rebuild this summer, it is paramount that they have their best talent in place to do so, and he may well be the man to drive the Baggies back up the table to where they belong.
