Sacha Tavolieri has revealed that Raphael Onyedika is of serious interest to Premier League sides West Ham and Everton. Both are said to be interested in bringing the Nigerian midfielder to England from Club Brugge. However, according to Tavolieri, it is West Ham who are leading the race. In order to bring Onyedika to London, the side may well have to part with €30m.

Onyedika, alongside Ardon Jashari in central midfield, has been a top performer for Club Brugge both domestically and in Europe. The Nigerian is a strong defensive midfielder who can break up play and transition a side from defence to attack. He also has a decent strike on him, while also being prone to a yellow card. The 24-year-old joined Club from Danish side FC Midtjylland in 2022 and has gone on to make 141 appearances, scoring six goals.

With both Onyedika and Jashari linked to moves away, Club will have to reinvest the money into new midfielders for the 2025/2026 Pro League campaign.
