Norwich City have lost their last seven home games in a row
Norwich City supporters have reacted to Darren Huckerby’s claim that losing seven games in a row is difficult even for bad teams.
Liam Manning is under increasing pressure at Carrow Road amid the Canaries’ difficult run of form.
The Norfolk outfit have fallen into the relegation zone in the Championship due to their poor run of results, which has seen them lose six in a row.
Manning was appointed in the summer with the goal of bringing Norwich back into promotion contention following their 13th place finish in the table in the previous campaign.
Supporters are growing increasingly frustrated with the team’s poor performances, and a loss against Sheffield Wednesday in midweek would only make matters worse for the club.

Huckerby has criticised Norwich for their run of defeats in a row at home, claiming that even absolutely rubbish teams still manage to take a point or two from that number of fixtures.
The Canaries have played six at home this season and lost on each occasion, as well as suffering a 3-0 loss at Carrow Road to Southampton in the EFL Cup in August.
“It's genuinely difficult to lose seven home games on the trot, even if you are absolutely rubbish you can still nick a point or two, get a spawny win from somewhere!” wrote Huckerby, via his X account.
Supporters have backed Huckerby’s criticism of the club, with many wondering who will be tasked with replacing Manning if their form isn’t turned around.
It has been reported that Russell Martin is on the shortlist of potential options to take over the first team squad, should a change in manager be made.
But some are sceptical of appointing the former Canary as manager, who was recently sacked by Rangers after a difficult start to the season.
However, sporting director Ben Knapper has also received criticism from supporters, with many wondering whether his position should be safe as well.
The owners have been blamed for creating a toxic atmosphere at Carrow Road, with some worried that relegation is on the cards for this season unless something changes.
Norwich are currently 23rd in the Championship table after 13 games played, with the team four points adrift of safety.
Next up for Manning’s side is their clash against 24th place Sheffield Wednesday on Wednesday evening in a 7.45pm kick-off.

A change in manager may bring a change in fortune for this Norwich side, but it’s hard to foresee them climbing the table too much no matter who is in the dugout.
The squad has seen a number of top players sold and not adequately replaced, with Borja Sainz and Marcelino Nunez being the most recent examples.
Knapper definitely should take some responsibility for the decline in the Canaries’ standing in the Championship.
While it’s becoming increasingly hard to justify keeping Manning around due to the atmosphere at Norwich, a change in manager isn’t the silver bullet some fans are hoping it is.
