And the 270th anniversary of his birth has inspired Salzburg’s beautiful away shirt for the upcoming season.

The piece reinforces the club’s bond with the city. And it opts for elegance.

According to Puma, the shirt was inspired by the clothing worn during the Baroque period — the era Mozart lived in.

It has a burgundy base and silver details, standing apart from the traditional colors of the energy drink company. 

Another standout is the collar and the motto "Des is Soizburg" (This is Salzburg) on the back of the neck.

The return of pinstripes 🔵⚪🔴

Rangers saw eternal rivals Celtic become the outright most successful domestic champions.

And they will have the mission of matching 56 trophies in 2026/27. With a new kit to do it in.

Can’t Help Falling in Love 🩷🖤

Elvis Presley first rose to prominence through his appearances on the Louisiana Hayride program.

The club’s connection with Elvis already existed thanks to the song  Can’t Help Falling in Love, which has been one of the biggest symbols of the Black Cats supporters before every game since the late 1970s.

And it was reinforced with the new pink-and-black shirt featuring graphics inspired by 1950s aesthetics. Subtle references to Sunderland are also part of the design. 

Pink also "took over" the club crest and the Hummel logo. 

There is also, for example, Elvis’s signature on the shirt, which will be sold without the main sponsor logo — though it can be added if the fan wishes.

The warm-up shirt was also inspired by Elvis and his film Blue Hawaii, which helped popularize the song Can’t Help Falling in Love.
