Leeds United will welcome Manchester City at Elland Road this Saturday as they look to secure a win at home in the Premier League. The Whites managed to earn a 1-1 draw away at Aston Villa recently, which should give them some confidence going into this clash.
Daniel Farke will stick with the 5-4-1 formation and is expected to keep changes to a minimum for this game. Hence, Dominic Calvert-Lewin will once again get the responsibility to spearhead Leeds’ attack up top.
Karl Darlow will operate in goal for the Yorkshire club as he looks to keep a clean sheet this weekend after shipping in one goal in his last outing. Farke could go with the centre-back trio of Joe Rodon, Pascal Struijk and Ethan Ampadu as they look to keep the Man City attackers frustrated throughout the 90 minutes.
James Justin will once again fill in as the right-back, while Gabriel Gudmundsson hopes to give a good account of himself as the left-back. Both of them will have to perform their defensive duties well before trying to offer support to the front players.
Jaka Bijol will provide cover for the centre-half positions on the bench.

Ilia Gruev and Anton Stach will anchor the midfield for the Whites as they look to make life tough for the opposition at the centre of the park.
Jayden Bogle will hope to impress as the right-sided wide player, while Brenden Aaronson looks to prove his worth on the other side as the left-winger. Both of them will have to find a way to get in behind the opponent’s backline if they want to create enough chances on the counter.
Sean Longstaff and Daniel James will be available for selection on the bench as they await their chance to influence the game in the second 45 minutes if required.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin will spearhead Leeds’ attack up top. He has to find a way to cause some problems for the Man City centre-backs this weekend.
Lukas Nmecha will have to settle for a spot on the bench and might come on to make an impact in the final quarter of the game if Leeds are in need of a goal by then.
