With internationals away, PSG draft in youngsters for training | OneFootball

With many internationals still away, Luis Enrique has brought several youngsters into PSG training over the past two days.

According to L'Équipe, the head coach has only nine established players available this week. The nine not involved in the World Cup, Chevalier, Safonov, Kvaratskhelia, Mayulu, Ndjantou, Beraldo, Zabarnyi, Dro and Longoni, returned to training three days ago.

To fill out the group and run small-sided drills, he has called up regulars Dimitri Lucea and David Boly, plus recent session attendees Rayan Abo El Nay and Abdou Fanne Drame.

Winger Adam Ayari, who has just signed his first professional contract, is included. Tunisian forward Khalil Ayari, 21, is involved as well.

Enrique has also turned to very young prospects, among them Mamadou Meité, a 17-year-old forward and last season’s revelation, Paul Bourdin, 17, a midfielder, and Axel Koukaba, 16, a defender.
