According to ExpressAndStar.com, Wolves are expected to sell at least one of their left-backs this summer as plans for recruitment take shape.
Hugo Bueno and David Moller Wolfe shared the position last season, with Bueno often preferred when a back five with wing-backs was used. Cesar Peixoto typically favours 4-2-3-1 in his career, and both fit that system as orthodox left-backs.
It is unlikely both will stay next season, with each keen to play regularly.
Bueno is attracting interest, with Newcastle holding long-standing admiration and Fiorentina the latest to express interest. There has been no formal approach from Fiorentina and no talks with Wolves, with any early contact understood to be via intermediaries. It also remains to be seen if Newcastle will make a move, though a number of clubs are monitoring him.
The academy graduate made 38 appearances last season, 35 in the Premier League, delivering consistent displays despite a 20th-placed finish and relegation.
Wolfe joined last summer in a £10million deal and started 11 Premier League games after failing to dislodge Bueno. Roma made a low January offer that was rejected, and a deadline day bid of around £14million from Nottingham Forest was also turned down.
The 24-year-old is currently with Norway at the World Cup, starting their first two group games and registering one assist as they reached the round of 32.
Wolfe is expected to draw interest this summer, and Wolves are expected to add in that area for next season.
