Wolves ‘eye’ Colombian defender, as West Brom linked with Norway international | OneFootball

Wolves are being linked with Tondela centre-back Brayan Medina, with Colombian reports claiming the club have enquired about the 24-year-old, who has also drawn interest from Genoa and Olympiakos.

Medina made 27 appearances in all competitions last season for the Portuguese second tier side. He previously had spells in Colombia with CD America de Cali and Independiente Valle del Cauca.

West Brom are monitoring Brann midfielder Felix Horn Myhre, with Bergens Tidende reporting that Elche have bid about £2.3 million and could face competition from Albion for the Norway international.

Myhre, who played with Albion striker Aune Heggebo at Brann, has been with the Bergen club since 2021. He has 179 appearances, 32 goals and 39 assists.

Albion are understood to be interested in Myhre and formal negotiations could follow.

Former Walsall academy striker Paul Makavore has joined Stoke City, linking up with the under-21s. The 18-year-old featured twice on trial for the under-18s and made his only Walsall outing as a substitute in a 0-0 draw with Chelsea under-21s in last year’s EFL Trophy.

Aston Villa midfielder Tommi O’Reilly is being lined up for a loan to League One Notts County after last season at Crewe Alexandra. A move to Hillsborough no longer appears to be on, and The Athletic reports he looks poised to join County.
