Wolves could be very busy in the transfer market in July, and here we look at seven players who could move on from Molineux.
Wolves have already had a very busy summer as they prepare for life back in the Championship.
Rob Edwards has been sacked after winning just three of his 27 Premier League games, with Cesar Peixoto joining Wanderers from Portuguese outfit Gil Vicente.
As well as that, the club have already secured deals for Kieran Trippier and Raul Jimenez, with both deals seen as major coups.
Whilst that is a positive start to the window, it’s pretty clear a lot more work needs to be done, and Peixoto will no doubt have some of his own signings in mind as he looks to implement his style of play on the squad.
Of course, the financial reality of relegation means that Wolves will need to balance the books, and even though the January sales of Emmanuel Agbadou, Jorgen Strand Larsen and Jhon Arias should allow them to do more early business, it’s clear many more departures are needed, both for the funds they will bring in, and ensuring the squad is the right size.
With that in mind, July is shaping up to be an extremely busy one for Wolves, and we look at SEVEN players who could finalise relatively swift deals away from Molineux…

The Portuguese international was emotional after Wolves’ final day game at Burnley, with many expecting it to be his last game for the club.
Sa has been a good signing since his arrival from Olympiacos, but he has been inconsistent in recent years, and he is certain to be commanding a big salary. With Sa also unlikely to want to play in the Championship, a summer sale would suit all parties, and it would be no surprise if it happened quickly once Portugal’s World Cup is over.

The right-back joined Wolves last year, and it’s a move that has not worked out at all, as Tchatchoua has struggled to adapt to English football.
Even with Peixoto now in charge, it’s hard to envisage he will stick around, and the club have already brought in Trippier, who is certain to be one of the first names on the teamsheet. So, Tchatchoua knows he needs to leave for regular football, and, it’s something the player and club will want.

Krejci was one of few to emerge with credit from Wolves’ dismal Premier League campaign, and his loan move from Girona was made permanent as he hit the clauses required to make it happen.
Nevertheless, a summer move is still on the cards, as Krejci will understandably feel he can play at a higher level than the Championship. Despite Czechia’s poor World Cup, the defender played well, and he was hugely influential in helping them reach the tournament. So, his stock is relatively high, and, with his country having been eliminated, Krejci’s camp will now be focused on finding a buyer.

Another player who did well in the Premier League, Bueno has been linked with clubs in the Premier League and across Europe in recent months.
Realistically, Wolves will know they can’t keep Bueno and David Moller Wolfe, and there could be an argument that the latter is more suited to a back four, which is the system Peixoto is expected to adopt. As well as that, Bueno will command a bigger fee, and any sale would be pure profit as he came through the ranks, so it could be another deal that suits all parties, providing Wolves keep Wolfe.

Most fans see the Brazilian international as the best player at the club, and, it may be a surprise to some that he hasn’t already sealed a move away, as links to Atletico Madrid start to cool.
Even if Gomes doesn’t end up in the Spanish capital, it’s hard to envisage him sticking around in the Championship, and he is likely to be the biggest sale that Wolves make this summer. When you see the sort of fees that other midfielders are going for this summer, Wanderers must stick to their guns in terms of getting a big sum for Gomes, but whilst it may drag on, it still feels inevitable that he will depart relatively soon.

The South Korea international has had a tough time at Wolves over the past few years, and it feels a fresh start is the ideal outcome for Hwang and the club.
At 30, the forward will know this could be his last big move, and he won’t want to be playing in the Championship. Similarly, it’s hard to see how he has a future at Wolves, and, with his wages, a summer move shouldn’t be too difficult to sort as all parties will want it to happen. Like others on the list, any decision is likely to depend on the World Cup, although South Korea won’t expect to be going much further.

The big striker endured a difficult first season in English football, as he scored just three Premier League goals, although many of his appearances were from the bench.
It could be argued that Wolves didn’t play to Arokodare’s strengths, and, in the Championship he could be more effective. But, with Raul Jimenez joining, the Mexican is certain to be the main number nine. Plus, Sasa Kalajdzic is back at the club, and Peixoto may want to bring in his own players. It’s hard to imagine Arokodare is the type of striker he wants, so a summer move may benefit everyone. But, Wolves won’t recoup the fee they paid for the Nigerian, which means they may have to take a hit to get him out of the door in July.
