Women’s FA Cup fifth-round draw: Arsenal face Bristol City, Chelsea in rematch with Manchester United | OneFootball

Arsenal have drawn second-tier opposition in the fifth round of the Adobe Women’s FA Cup.

They will host WSL2 side Bristol City as their reward for beating Aston Villa at the weekend.

Holders Chelsea will host Manchester United in a rematch of last year’s final, while WSL leaders Manchester City will host another WSL2 side, Sheffield United, who beat Ipswich Town at the weekend.

There will be a Merseyside derby as Liverpool face Everton. Both teams enjoyed comfortable wins in the fourth round, with the Reds defeating fourth-tier London Bees 6-0 and the Blues beating West Bromwich Albion 5-0.

And there will be two other all-WSL clashes as West Ham United host Brighton and Hove Albion and London City Lionesses host 2024 runners-up Tottenham Hotspur.

The two non-WSL sides remaining in the draw will both play WSL2 teams. Oxford United – who beat fellow third-tier side Middlesbrough in the last round – will host WSL2 leaders Charlton Athletic, while Chatham Town, who defeated York City, will travel to Birmingham City.

The fifth round is scheduled to take place on Sunday, 22nd February, although there are likely to be some matches earlier in the weekend for broadcast purposes. The television picks have not yet been confirmed.

Winning clubs at this stage of the competition will receive £80,000 from the prize fund, with £20,000 for the losing teams.
