Ivory Coast vs Norway takes place in Dallas this afternoon, for a spot in the last 16, with Inter striker Ange-Yoan Bonny leading the line for the Elephants as they contest the first World Cup knockout tie in their history.
Bonny, who won the Serie A and Coppa Italia double with Inter last season before switching international allegiance from France, spearheads Emerse Faé’s attack.
Atalanta defender Odlion Kossounou starts in defence for the Ivorians, whilst Bologna’s Heggem starts in the centre of defence for the European side.
Norway counter with the considerable threat of Erling Haaland, fresh from being rested against France, supported by captain Martin Ødegaard and Juventus-linked striker Alexander Sørloth, though Ståle Solbakken’s leaky defence has shipped seven goals so far.
