Italy coach Gennaro Gattuso is not expected to change the XI that beat Northern Ireland in the World Cup play-off semi-final last week, starting Moise Kean and Mateo Retegui in the Final against Edin Dzeko’s Bosnia and Herzegovina.
It kicks off at 20:45 CET (19:45 BST) at the Bilino Polje Stadium in Zenica, which will have a reduced capacity due to disciplinary reasons.
It’s the World Cup play-off Final, and the Azzurri aim to qualify for the competition for the first time in 12 years.
Gattuso’s men beat Northern Ireland 2-0 in the semis last week with goals from Sandro Tonali and Moise Kean. Tonight, the coach is not expected to change the XI that emerged victorious in Bergamo five days ago.
As reported by Sky Sport, Bosnia and Herzegovina will rely on their captain and ex-Italy star Dzeko, as well as defenders Tarik Muharemovic of Sassuolo and Sead Kolasinac of Atalanta.
The winner will qualify for the World Cup and end up in Group B alongside Canada, Qatar and Switzerland.
