Sky Germany reports Borussia Dortmund defender Romeo Ritter is attracting interest from big clubs across Europe.

The 17-year-old has a contract at the club until 2028, and can very well imagine staying at die Schwarzgelben, but this hasn’t stopped clubs from abroad from showing interest.

Both Arsenal and AC Milan have been linked to Ritter and have even made enquiries surrounding the defender’s situation at Dortmund.

Ritter can play as both a centre-back and left-back and has featured predominantly for BVB’s under-17s and under-19s this season.

Dortmund’s other impressive youth players:

While this winter has seen young players such as Cole Campbell leave the club, Dortmund’s winter training camp has seen several of Ritter’s teammates impress Niko Kovac.

West Deutsche Allgemeine Zeitung reports that some of the biggest winners of die Schwarzgelben’s trip to Marbella are Samuele Inacio, Mathis Albert and Mussa Kaba.

Whether the trio make their professional debuts before the end of the season is yet to be seen, but they are expected to be more permanent fixtures in the squad next season.
