4 Barcelona stars report for training on day off | OneFootball

A quartet of first-team stars at La Liga giants Barcelona reported to the club’s training base on Monday, despite having been afforded the day off.

That’s according to Diario Sport, who have provided an insight into the latest developments at the Ciutat Esportiva.

Barcelona are of course fresh off keeping alive their flawless start to the 2025/26 campaign.

After making the trip to Valencia to face Levante on Saturday night, the Blaugrana found themselves trailing by two goals to nil at the interval.

Over the 2nd-half, however, the visitors conjured up another trademark comeback, to ultimately emerge on the right side of a 3-2 result.

After a recovery session on Sunday, Hansi Flick, in turn, rewarded his players by way of a two-day break from training.

But as alluded to above, this did not stop several of Barca’s leading players from reporting to the club’s base for individualised workouts on Monday.

As per a report from Sport:

‘Pedri, Lewandowski, Iñaki Peña and Ferran Torres are some of the players who presented themselves this morning at the Ciutat Esportiva.’
