AC Milan are assessing defensive options, with Nathan Aké, Radu Dragusin and Mario Gila among the names under consideration.

The Rossoneri were the first Serie A club to register a January signing, bringing in Niclas Fullkrug from West Ham at the start of the window.

Calciomercato.com reports that Milan have set their sights on the trio as they seek reinforcements at the back.

Aké is reportedly open to joining, but Manchester City and Pep Guardiola are not willing to sanction a January exit.

Corriere dello Sport adds that Tottenham would only let Dragusin leave on loan with an obligation to buy, and that Lazio still value Gila at €20m.

As a result, any move for Gila is viewed as a summer option, and Milan will likely wait a few months, when he has one year left on his contract, which could lower Lazio’s demands.
