After Juventus exit, Pogba prefers Miami to Manchester United | OneFootball

There have been reports that Paul Pogba would be training at the Manchester United facilities after terminating his Juventus contract, but he would seem to be in Miami.

The midfielder announced this week that he had terminated his contract with Juventus by mutual consent, as the Bianconeri did not want him back in the squad when his 18-month ban for failing a doping test expires in March.

It remains to be seen where and if he will continue his playing career next, but there had been multiple reports in England that he would be a guest of the Manchester United training facilities at Carrington.

This prompted speculation Pogba would return to the Premier League, if not necessarily for Manchester United, then other clubs such as Newcastle United and West Ham.

However, transfer pundit Fabrizio Romano reassures Pogba has not agreed to work in Manchester and instead will focus his training regime with private coaches in Miami.

It was during a spell in Miami while recovering from injury and contracted to Juventus that Pogba unknowingly took the banned substance, triggering the doping test.

The most likely next step in his career remains Major League Soccer.
