Akor Adams supports Manchester United

Nigerian striker Akor Adams has enjoyed a rapid rise at Sevilla following his move from Montpellier in January last year.

The 25-year-old has been directly involved in eight goals across all competitions for the Spanish club.

Adams was also impressive for Nigeria in the Africa Cup of Nations, scoring two goals and providing two assists in seven appearances.

Recently, the Nigeria international expressed his affection for United.

Akor Adams celebrates Manchester United’s derby triumph

According to a report in Soccernet, Adams celebrated Manchester United’s remarkable 2-0 derby win against Pep Guardiola’s side.

A video has emerged showing the forward’s fondness for United.

In Alex Iwobi’s vlog, Adams can be seen closely watching the United match en route to the stadium for the Super Eagles’ third-place fixture against Egypt.

After the full-time whistle in Manchester, Adams appeared over the moon and alerted several of his teammates to the result.

His teammate can be heard saying: “This is how you are gonna get a move to Man United.”

At present, there is nothing to suggest that United are pursuing Adams. However, judging by his reaction to their win, the Red Devils would be in the driving seat to sign him if they decide to make a move.
