According to Goal.com, Al-Ahli Jeddah have moved to the top of the Saudi Roshen League, taking advantage of slips by Al-Hilal and Al-Nassr.

Al-Ahli hosted Damac on Saturday at Al-Inmaa Stadium in Jeddah in the 27th round.

After three minutes, Al-Raqi took the lead when Damac defender Dhari Al-Anzi diverted the ball into his own net.

That strike means Al-Ahli are now among the biggest beneficiaries of own goals this season, level with Al-Hilal, Al-Nassr and Al-Taawoun on three.

Conversely, Damac have become the side to concede the most own goals, also three, alongside Al-Fateh, Al-Khulood, Al-Fayha and Al-Shabab.

Al-Anzi is the third Damac player to score an own goal, after Brazilian goalkeeper Kewin and Moroccan defender Jamal Harkas.

Al-Ahli are in a title race with Al-Nassr and Al-Hilal this season.
