Alberto Costa picks up fifth yellow, ruled out of Porto v Moreirense clash

Alberto Costa was the only FC Porto player who entered the classic at risk of suspension. With four yellow cards, the defender knew he would serve a suspension if he received another booking – which happened in the 78th minute for stopping Schjelderup. Thus, Alberto will be a confirmed absence for Francesco Farioli in the match against Moreirense in the next round (March 15, at 8:30 PM). Also cautioned in this Sunday's match, William Gomes, Gabri Veiga, and Martim Fernandes are now at risk of suspension.

It is also worth noting that Lucho González, Farioli's assistant, and Henrique Monteiro, the executive manager of professional football and the dragons' delegate in the match, were ordered off by João Pinheiro.
