Defence

Martin Dubarvka made a few good saves against Arsenal and he will be eager to drop a similar sort of performance. Kieran Trippier also had a good game and is retained for the right wing-back duties.

Fabian Schar, Sven Botman, and Dan Burn are deployed at the heart of the defence yet again. They will try to keep the opposition’s attackers in check and maintain a clean sheet for their side.

No change at the left wing-back positions as Lewis Hall continues to provide his services from that flank.

Midfield

Eddie Howe is expected to deploy Bruno Guimaraes and Sandro Tonali in the middle of the park yet again as they bring control and work-rate into the side.

Anthony Gordon and Jacob Murphy are taking care of the wings, providing the width and attacking options.

Attack

No surprise who’s leading the attacking pack as it’s none other than Alexander Isak. He is a special player and his consistent performances are speaking for him.

The Magpies have two absentees in the form of Harvey Barnes, who is out due to a muscle injury, and Jammal Lascelles, who is out of the season due to an ACL injury.
