Alisson Santos completes Napoli medical and gets ready for potential €23m transfer | OneFootball

Sporting CP winger Alisson Santos is in Italy, has reportedly completed his medical and is now just an official announcement away from being formally announced as a new Napoli player.

Alisson announcement approaching for Napoli

The 23-year-old is expected to join Antonio Conte’s side on an initial loan deal until the end of the 2025-26 season at a cost of €3m. There will also be a future option to buy for a set fee of €20m included in the deal.

He is set to become Napoli’s second signing of the January transfer window following the previous addition of Giovane from Hellas Verona.

Alisson had his medical in Rome immediately after arriving in the Italian capital. He is now expected to travel to Naples to train with his new teammates for the first time.

Alisson has made 18 appearances in the Portuguese top flight so far this season and also has three goals from eight Champions League appearances to his name in 2025-26.
