OPPOSING MANAGER: RICK PASSMORE

Rick Passmore took the reins at Leicester ahead of the 2025/26 campaign following a longstanding coaching career.

After nine years at various roles at Scunthorpe, he joined Leeds as Senior Academy Coach in 2000 before being appointed as the Whites’ women’s manager in 2007. During his three years at the helm, he developed players such as Steph Houghton and Ellen White.

After leaving Leeds in 2013 he spent eight months as manager of Lincoln before leading Notts County Ladies for just shy of four years where he guided them to an FA Cup final and League Cup final in 2015.

Returns to Scunthorpe and Leeds followed before he spent two years from 2023 as West Ham Women’s Assistant Head Coach ahead of his arrival at Leicester.

Kerolin then came from the bench to finish the scoring with a well-taken effort deep into stoppage time.

LAST TIME OUT

City tasted defeat in the WSL for only the second time this season in our previous assignment, falling to a narrow 1-0 loss to Arsenal.
