Another member of the first-team ranks at Barcelona has today moved to send a message of positivity to the club’s fanbase.
This, of course, comes fresh off another hugely disappointing night for Hansi Flick’s troops this past Saturday.
After welcoming Diego Simeone’s Atlético Madrid to Catalunya’s capital for a top-of-the-table La Liga showdown, Barcelona looked in a good position upon Pedri notching a deserved opener during the first-half.
After Rodrigo De Paul levelled things up on the far side of the interval, however, disaster struck late on, as Alexander Sørloth slotted home a last-gasp Atléti winner to break Blaugrana hearts the world over.
As much means that Barcelona – who at one point looked as though they might run away with the title – have now been knocked down to 3rd in the Spanish top-flight.
Flick’s side, all told, have emerged triumphant from just one of their last seven league fixtures.
The mood across the club’s fanbase heading into the winter break, in turn, is something of a sombre one at present.
One individual, however, adamant that he and his teammates will ‘come back stronger’ following the turn of the year comes in the form of Dani Olmo.
Adding to the messages laid out by a number of fellow Barca stars over the last couple of days, midfielder Olmo on Monday took to Instagram, to write:
‘We will come back stronger, and there’s no doubt about that. Forca Barça’
