Another Premier League club join the hunt for Barcelona star | OneFootball

Barcelona star Marc Casadó has made his way onto the transfer radar of another Premier League club.

That’s according to Diario Sport, who point towards Tottenham Hotspur as the outfit in question.

The name of youngster Casadó of course suddenly emerged as an altogether prominent one in the media chatter in Catalunya’s capital over recent days.

As much comes amid the understanding that the Camp Nou brass are giving consideration to sanctioning the 21-year-old’s immediate exit.

Amid ongoing efforts to return to the 1:1 rule, Deco and co. have highlighted the middle of the park as an area of Hansi Flick’s squad with something of an overbooking at present.

And Casadó, it would appear, has been identified as the odd man out.

A number of clubs, in turn, have been quick to make their interest known, chief among them Atlético Madrid, and Chelsea.

And as alluded to above, on Monday, another English outfit have been tipped to launch a move for the Spanish international.

As per a report from Sport:

‘Another of the teams that has sounded out his situation are Tottenham. The London club, qualified for the Champions League after winning the Europa League, are looking to strengthen their midfield and asked for the homegrown player, although things have not gone any further for now.’

It is also reiterated that Casadó, for his part, has no intention of departing Barcelona this summer.
