Arsenal crowned, Chelsea 10th as Tottenham survive and West Ham relegated

Arsenal ended a 22-year wait to lift the Premier League as the 2025-26 campaign concluded on Sunday. Chelsea finished 10th and outside the European places.

Arsenal closed on 85 points, seven clear of runners-up Manchester City, in what proved Pep Guardiola’s final season in charge.

City join Manchester United, Aston Villa and Liverpool in next season’s Champions League.

Bournemouth and Sunderland secured Europa League football, a first ever European qualification for the Cherries and a rapid rise for the Black Cats after last season in the Championship. Brighton will play in the Conference League.

Tottenham finished 17th on 41 points, with West Ham 18th on 39 and relegated for the first time since 2011-12. Burnley and Wolves had long been condemned.
