Arsenal defender and Chelsea star among Premier League nominees for FIFPro’s World 11

A number of Premier League stars have been nominated for the FIFPRO Men’s World 11 line-up.
26 players have been nominated for the final 11, including Arsenal defender William Saliba, Chelsea forward Cole Palmer, Liverpool trio Virgil van Dijk, Alisson and Mo Salah, and Manchester City duo Erling Haaland and Gianluigi Donnarumma.
England internationals Trent Alexander-Arnold and Jude Bellingham are also included on the list, but Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane did not make the list.
Among the other nominees are former Man City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne, Barcelona wonderkid Lamine Yamal, Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe.

Meanwhile, several Lionesses and WSL stars made the list of nominees for the women’s team.
Hannah Hampton, Mary Earps, Millie Bright, Lucy Bronze, Alex Greenwood, Leah Williamson, Ella Toone, Keira Walsh, Michelle Agyemang, Chloe Kelly and Alessia Russo are among those included.
But Arsenal’s Mariona Caldentey is a surprise absentee from the list, despite finishing as runner up in the Ballon d’Or following a fine season with the Gunners.
