In a recent report, Fichajes stated that Arsenal have identified Real Madrid forward Gonzalo Garcia as a target. It has been mentioned that the Gunners are eyeing a move to bring the Spanish striker to the Emirates Stadium this summer.
Garcia has enjoyed a good run of form at the Madrid club as he has put in a run of impressive displays for them in the final third. The 22-year-old has scored six goals and grabbed two assists in 32 matches for Los Blancos this season on all fronts.
The Spanish talent is currently among the best young strikers in La Liga. Therefore, it is no surprise that the Gunners are showing interest in recruiting him this summer.
His current contract at the Madrid club will run out in the summer of 2030, which could make it difficult for Arsenal to sign him on the cheap later this year.

Garcia is proficient at finding a yard of space for himself to get some strikes in at goal. He has got the vision to engineer a few decent chances for his teammates on the offensive end of the field and is a good dribbler with the ball at his feet.
The Spanish sensation is primarily a centre-forward but can also function as a winger if asked to do so by his manager. However, it remains to be seen whether he can maintain his good form in the Premier League if the Gunners manage to snap him up this summer.
We can expect Garcia to bring more firepower to Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta’s frontline. He has what it takes to fight for a regular first-team spot at the Emirates Stadium next season.
At 22, the future looks quite bright for Garcia as long as he continues to improve with each year. Hence, Arteta would be wise to go all out to bring him to the North London club in the upcoming transfer window, but only if he can get him for a reasonable fee. However, the Gunners would have to give him some time to adjust to the physical demands and high intensity of English football.
