Arsenal have also been interested in a move for Morgan Rogers and other options to strengthen attack. The reporter says that a move for Tzolis would not impact any other signings they could look to make.

After bringing in Jose Mourinho, Real Madrid are not done with Portuguese talent this summer according to reports.

As per the Mail, Madrid are expected to make Bernardo Silva their first signing of the window.

The midfielder left Manchester City after the end of last season as a free agent upon the expiry of his contract at the club.

He has reportedly agreed a two year contract at the Spanish giants after winning six Premier League tiles, the Champions League and much more with City.

Elsewhere, another Portuguese star could be on the move this summer.

According to The Times, West Ham’s Matheus Fernandes is on the radar of Arsenal and Manchester United.

They report that United have become increasingly confident that they can secure the midfielders services after fending off the north London club.

On the other side of north London, Sky Sports say that Pedro Porro is close to signing a new deal with Tottenham Hotspur amid interest from Manchester City for the defender.

His previous deal was due to expire in 2028, but it seems as though the Spaniard has committed his future to Spurs.

Brighton have rejected a bid from Coventry for goalkeeper Carl Rushworth according to Sky Sports.

The promoted side had Rushworth on loan last season and want to bring him back in a permanent move.

The 24-year-old kept 17 clean sheets playing in all 46 Championship games as Coventry sealed automatic promotion as champions.

Rushworth has a year left on his deal at Brighton, who hold an option to extend for a further year.
