He’s just put up a piece for the Independent claiming that Arsenal are “looking into” the “necessary details” before they make a bid for PSG winger Bradley Barcola.

The winger kept up his good form from the club season by scoring on his World Cup debut for France against Senegal on Tuesday.

Barcola will be allowed to leave – and PSG have replacements in mind already

“PSG’s preference would be to keep the attacker but they are also open to reshaping the attack themselves,” Delaney adds, pointing to Julian Alvarez and Morgan Rogers as potential additions for the Parisians should Barcola leave.

It still seems likely to us that PSG would rather keep Barcola as their main rotation option – but if he wants to go, they won’t stop him. There is a clear space for him on Arsenal’s left wing where they want to upgrade, and he could finally become an every week starter for a top side.
