Arsenal are set to step up their interest in Paris St-Germain winger Bradley Barcola after receiving indications that he could be available this summer.

That is according to BBC Sport, who say the Gunners see the France international as an alternative to Aston Villa’s Morgan Rogers, whose reported £130m valuation is proving problematic.

However, The Athletic claim Barcola is being valued at more than £116m by PSG, who do not need to sell after agreeing a deal to let Goncalo Ramos join AC Milan.

But the France winger is said to be reluctant to sign a new deal with PSG because he wants more game time.

BBC Sport also claim Arsenal are looking at out of contract former Leeds goalkeeper Illan Meslier, amid doubts over the future of Kepa Arrizabalaga.

Meanwhile, Tottenham have reportedly a huge £85m deal to bring West Ham midfielder Mateus Fernandes to the club this summer as Roberto De Zerbi’s spending spree continues.

Brighton have signed Portugal U21 winger Rodrigo Rego from Benfica, following the addition of defender Pascal Struijk from Leeds.

Everton are in talks to sign Tyrique George from Chelsea on a permanent basis, Sky Sports say, while they are closing in on the signing of Hayden Hackney from Middlesbrough.

Japan goalkeeper Zion Suzuki is believed to be among the targets being considered by Aston Villa if they lose Emiliano Martinez this summer, also according to Sky Sports, as well as Toulouse goalkeeper Guillaume Restes and Manchester City’s James Trafford. Though Leeds are also said to be interested in a move for Suzuki.

And finally, Matias Fernandez-Pardo, Said El Mala and Yankuba Minteh are among Liverpool’s winger targets this summer, according to The Athletic.
