FC Barcelona have enjoyed a lot of success in this 2024-25 season, and the Blaugrana team’s forward line deserves a lot of credit for their achievements so far.
The frontline of Robert Lewandowski, Raphinha, and Lamine Yamal has received a lot of praise for their excellent season, and there is no doubt that all three of them have been very important for the team.
Meanwhile, Ferran Torres, although not a fixed starter for Hansi Flick, has also been very impressive and has been one of the most decisive players for Barcelona in front of the goal, and has scored 19 goals and provided 7 assists in the 45 games he has played.
He emerged as a particularly important player for the Blaugranes when Robert Lewandowski was injured in the last phase of this season. The Spaniard put in some excellent performances, especially in the Copa del Rey final and the last league game against Real Madrid, which did not allow the team to miss their main striker much.

With these performances, the former Manchester City forward has naturally attracted a lot of interest from other big clubs, and according to Mundo Deportivo, one of the sides interested in him is the Premier League team Aston Villa.
The Villan head coach, Unai Emery, and Sporting Director, Monchi, are interested in the Barcelona forward, and are looking to offer around €50 million for the player whose contract is ending in 2027. Such an offer would be quite attractive for the Blaugranes as a big part of the €55 million they spent on him in December 2021 has already been amortized.
However, getting Ferran Torres will still not be easy for the English side, and this is particularly the case as the player is very happy at Barcelona, and it is quite unlikely that he would want to leave the Blaugrana club.
