Aston Villa ‘make offer’ for Garnacho, impact on Roma, Napoli, Fiorentina and Milan | OneFootball

Aston Villa have reportedly made an offer to Chelsea for Garnacho, a move that could affect Roma, Napoli, Fiorentina and Milan.

Fabrizio Romano claims Villa lodged a formal proposal to take the Argentina international on loan with an option to buy at the end of the season.

Garnacho has struggled for minutes since last summer’s €46.2m switch from Manchester United to Chelsea, and he is seeking consistent form elsewhere.

Plans in Serie A have revolved around Garnacho. He has been linked most often with Roma and Napoli, with the Giallorossi said to be focusing instead on West Ham United’s Crysencio Summerville.

There were also suggestions Fiorentina might consider a move for the 22-year-old, but if he were to head to Italy, it would be for a Champions League club.

Any significant Villa outlay on Garnacho would be unwelcome for Milan, who had hoped the Premier League side would target Rafael Leao for the left flank this summer.

Talks are also continuing between the clubs for Pervis Estupinan, another player the Rossoneri are eager to get off their books.
