Milan Škriniar’s future at Paris Saint-Germain is becoming increasingly uncertain, with manager Luis Enrique opting for Willian Pacho and Marquinhos as his starting center-back partnership. This change has sparked fresh transfer rumors about the Slovakian defender, especially with the January window now open.
Despite turning down offers from other clubs in the summer, Škriniar might now be on the move. According to CaughtOffside, PSG could consider offers of around €35 million, with two Premier League clubs reportedly showing interest.
L’Équipe further reports that Škriniar is expected to make a decision on his next move soon. PSG is said to be looking for a loan deal with an option to buy. While clubs like Galatasaray, Tottenham, Napoli, and Aston Villa have all shown interest, Napoli’s reluctance to include a purchase option has made the Premier League clubs more attractive to Škriniar.
Sky Sport Italia Napoli are looking for a deal for Škriniar that is separate from any potential agreement for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. PSG are currently waiting for Marquinhos to recover from his injury. Once he is back, the club will be able to consider allowing Škriniar to leave, provided an agreement is reached with Napoli.
A recent report from Bernabéu Digital reveals that Real Madrid are keeping an eye on the 29-year-old Slovakian defender. He was previously linked with the club before his free transfer from Inter Milan, although Real Madrid’s primary focus is still on bringing in a younger defender for the future.
