A number of names have left Barcelona recently, some on loan and others whose contracts have been sold outright. Now there are reports that another player is set to leave the Catalan club in the next few days.
Ansu Fati left on loan to Monaco recently after struggling to get enough playing time for Hans side, and Pablo Toure officially left today for Mallorca in a full sale with a percentage of the future sale to Barcelona.
Now, with reports suggesting that another member of the Catalan squad is set to leave the club soon, El Mundo Deportivo has revealed the name of the player, who has recently been revealed as Spanish international Oriol Romeu, a former Girona player and graduate of the La Masia academy.
Having recently returned to Barcelona's pre-season training at the Barcelona’s training base, and having had a good loan spell with Girona, it seems that the former Southampton man's performances have not been enough to convince the German coach and the player will be heading out for a new experience soon.
The player who witnessed Pep Guardiola's golden era at the Catalan club seems to have reached a real crossroads and must now take his destiny into his own hands and choose a new team.
