Supporters of La Liga champions Barcelona have on Tuesday taken firm aim at arch rivals, Real Madrid.
This comes owing to a major refereeing decision during the latter’s Champions League meeting with Liverpool.
The moment in question came during the first-half at Anfield, and saw hosts Liverpool denied what they felt was a certain penalty.
After Dominik Szoboszlai took aim at goal from distance, Aurélien Tchouaméni charged down the effort to make a block.
Replays, though, showcased the fact that the ball struck the arm of the Frenchman, culminating in a VAR check for a potential penalty.
It was ultimately decided that the incident did not warrant a spot-kick, with Tchouaméni’s arm having not been in an unnatural position.
As alluded to above, though, quick to make clear their collective feelings that Real Madrid got away with one, were those of a Barcelona persuasion.
Amid the constant back-and-forth between fans of Spanish football’s two biggest clubs regarding refereeing favouritism, the Blaugrana faithful did not hold back on Tuesday:
