In a major development, journalist Santi Aouna reports that FC Barcelona and Copenhagen have reached an agreement for the transfer of Roony Bardghji.
The 19-year-old winger is seen as one for the future by the Catalan heavyweights and have pounced on the opportunity considering that his contract expires in December.
As per the report, the Blaugrana will be paying a small fee of €2.5 million in transfer fees for the Swedish attacking starlet while Copenhagen will retain a 15% future sell-on fee.
Bardghji has been on Barcelona’s radar for over a year now. The 19-year-old has made waves with his performances for the Danish giants over the past couple of seasons and is seen as an exciting talent.

Bardghji has attracted interest from other big clubs in Europe, including FC Porto, who made an offer of €2.5 million for his services this summer.
However, the winger, a boyhood Barcelona fan, chose the Blaugrana, with a transfer now set to be finalised.
Having already signed Joan Garcia and making progress on the Nico Williams deal, Barça seem set to seal their third transfer of the summer in the form of Bardghji.
With an agreement between Barcelona and Copenhagen finalised for a fee of €2.5 million plus a 15% future sell-on clause, what now remains is for the Catalans to agree on personal terms with the player.
Once the deal goes through, as expected, the likelihood is that the youngster will play for Barça Atletic while training with the first-team setup under Hansi Flick.
