Barcelona star calls for two Spanish teammates to join the club | OneFootball

A member of the attacking ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona would love nothing more than to be joined by a pair of international teammates in Catalunya’s capital for next season.

The Barca star in question? Ferran Torres.

Frontman Ferran, for his part, took his place in front of the media on Monday afternoon.

As much comes as the former Manchester City man prepares to play his part in Spain’s Euro 2024 semi-final showdown with France tomorrow night.

Ferran has played a solid-if-unspectacular role for La Roja across the tournament to date, notching four appearances, and chipping in with one goal along the way.

Safe to say, though, that two of those to have played more prominent roles come in the form of Nico Williams, and Dani Olmo.

Both have also been tipped to take their talents to Barcelona with a view to next season, with the subject of the duo’s potential arrivals having therefore been put to none other than Ferran on Monday.

And, despite the fact that either addition could potentially see his Blaugrana game-time reduced, the 24-year-old was unwavering in his response:

“Yes. All positive reinforcements for Barça will help us to achieve success.”
