Barcelona star ready to refuse exit in face of transfer links | OneFootball

Barcelona starlet Héctor Fort is ready to reject any and all offers for his signature over the remaining weeks of the transfer window.

That’s according to Marca, who have on Monday provided an insight into the situation.

The name of full-back Fort has of course emerged as a leading one in the headlines surrounding Barcelona over the last 24 hours.

This comes after the 18-year-old was not afforded a single minute of playing time in the Blaugrana’s pre-season opener against Vissel Kobe.

As much gave rise to immediate speculation that Fort does not feature in the plans of boss Hansi Flick, therefore potentially set to be on the move before the summer is out.

As alluded to above, however, if the latest update on the situation to have surfaced on Monday evening is anything to go by, then the youngster himself has absolutely no intention of departing the Camp Nou.

As per a report from Marca:

‘Despite the club needing to speed up its decision to move away and Fort’s name being listed as a possible option, the youth player isn’t currently considering leaving Barça. He also ruled out leaving last summer.’
