Barcelona star Raphinha sparked the anger of several Real Madrid stars, owing to his actions during the first-half of the meeting between the sides this evening.

The latest edition of El Clásico is of course currently plying out, in Saudi Arabia.

After putting Athletic Club and Mallorca to the sword in their respective semi-final outings during the week, Barcelona and Real Madrid are locked in action in the finale of the Spanish Super Cup.

A pulsating affair has played out to date, with the two sides locked at a goal apiece after Kylian Mbappé’s opener was cancelled out by Lamine Yamal.

And it was during a stoppage in play to tend to the former that Raphinha found himself at the heart of a fiery exchange.

After Mbappé went to ground in need of treatment, the Real Madrid medical team made their way onto the field of play to afford the Frenchman with as much.

Evidently of the opinion that this check-up should have been taking place on the sideline, however, Raphinha grabbed Los Blancos’ medical bag, before carrying it off the pitch.

Mbappé, in turn, was treated in front of the benches.

Safe to say, however, that such actions on Raphinha’s part did not go down at all well with his opponents, with Antonio Rüdiger having been first on the scene to make clear his anger with the Brazilian.
